The Mile Coral Gables is a boutique hotel style luxury apartment building in the heart of Coral Gables.
With luxury apartments in 11 floors, 2 pent house levels, and amazing amenities, The Mile is considered
one of the best places to live in Coral gables.
Shades By Design was contacted during the planning stages of this building to create over 400 shading
solutions that were cost effective, easy to maintain, visually appealing, and would create the BEST luxury
experience for their residents.
To achieve this goal, we’ve installed:
- Roller blackout shades in every bedroom in the building to help with privacy, and lighting at night and in the daytime when residents enjoy their slumber
- Screen shades in all the kitchen and living areas for additional privacy and to control the amount of natural light they let into their space
- Curtains in the public areas such as the lobby and lounge to soften the industrial look and create a more welcoming atmosphere.
