Completed in 2016, Grove at Grand Bay consists of 2 luxury 22 story towers that house 99 luxurious condominiums that overlook the beautiful Bayshore area.
For this project, we installed motorized roller shades and draperies for the floor to ceiling windows.
The common areas, living room, and home office feature Somfy motorized solar shades in 5% opaque Phifer fabric. In addition to this, we installed sheer ripple fold draperies in an exclusive Shades By Design sheer fabric on a Somfy Glydea motorized drapery track.
The bedrooms feature similar Somfy motorized 5% solar shades. To block out light and reduce outside noise for a deeper more restful sleep, we installed Shades By Design ripple fold blackout draperies on a motorized Somfy Glydea drapery track.
