I had a great experience with the whole team at Shades by Design. Andrew who came out with samples, the technician who took the measurements and Alieandrah was so helpful with the booking & payment process, etc. Joe and Sam did the installation and they were so professional, polite and worked hard and efficiently. Working with Samar at Shades by Design has been a pleasure. She has been creative, responsive, caring and professional throughout the project. She is a positive, can do kind of person and made it any easy experience. Sam and Joe, their installers were also terrific. They showed up on time, were very nice and professional and good at what they did. Overall a great experience. There was a small stain on one of the cornices when it arrived from production but the manager has been advised and I’m waiting to hear back.
