Just had a project completed by Shades by Design. Worked with Hanna and Jennifer and the process was absolutely seamless start to finish. Prices were right, they were responsive, came with great ideas, and everything was completed on time and on budget. Can’t go wrong!

Working with Samar at Shades by Design has been a pleasure. She has been creative, responsive, caring and professional throughout the project. She is a positive, can do kind of person and made it any easy experience. Sam and Joe, their installers were also terrific. They showed up on time, were very nice and professional and good at what they did. Overall a great experience. There was a small stain on one of the cornices when it arrived from production but the manager has been advised and I’m waiting to hear back.

From initial discussion with Hanna right through the install the whole process was seamless and went without any hitches in a very timely fashion.
